FAQ (frequently asked questions)

Yes, the registration process is required to be able to order any products at this online store.
  • If you choose to pick-up your order at store (Espaço S – Oeiras, Portugal), you may pay in cash or ATM.
  • If you want to receive it in your home, you may choose one of the following payment methods: cash on delivery*, ATM reference*, bank transfer or Paypal.

*Payment methods only available in Portugal.

No. You should only pay after we confirm you the existence of enough stock to fulfill your order.
Whenever a product is not available, you will be contacted through one of the contacts provided by yourself when you placed your order. If the order includes several products and one or more are not available, you will always be contacted to choose whether you want to receive the order in divided parcels or if you’d rather wait for the availability of all products and get one single delivery.
If you have already paid your order and one or more products are not available for delivery within 72 hours, we will request your IBAN and proceed immediately to a partial or total refund of the paid amount.
For abroad costumers, the only option is to wait for the availability of all products or to ask for total or partial refund as we don’t ship in several parcels.
In order to avoid this type of situations, customers should always wait for our confirmation on stock existence and availability prior to payment.
Yes. You may pick-up your order at our store (Espaço S – Oeiras, Portugal), as soon as you receive the confirmation e-mail letting you know that your order is ready for pick-up. Our store is located at Rua Raúl Proença, nr 5 A, Oeiras – Portugal.
The timetable for picking-up orders will be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.
  • Portugal: Your pre-paid order will be sent via CTT (our national postal service), by priority mail. Regarding cash on delivery orders, they are sent by registered mail via CTT.
  • Abroad: Your order will be sent by international registered mail via CTT.
  • Portugal (Portuguese Islands included):

Pre-paid orders under 50€ (fifty euros) have a fixed handling and shipping cost of 3€ (three euros) per order.
Pre-paid orders over 50€ (fifty euros) benefit from free handling and shipping service.
Cash on delivery orders, regardless of their value, have a fixed handling and shipping cost of 6€ (six euros) per order.

  • Abroad:

Orders shipped to foreign countries, have a fixed handling and shipping cost of 10 € (ten euros) per order.

  • Portugal: If we receive the confirmation of your order (for the cash on delivery orders) or your payment proof until 4 pm, your order is sent on the same day (business day) – or the next business day – and you should receive your order on the next business day following the day of the shipment, but in some cases it may take up to 3 business days (deadline indicated by CTT).
  • Abroad: If we receive your payment proof until 4 pm, your order is sent on the same day (business day) – or the next business day – and you should receive your order within a week.
